New Feature: Email Format Options

Different emails you send your clients require a different look & feel. With that in mind, PPM now allows you to send emails within PPM with three distinct format options!

Option 1: Include event info – with branding

This option will send emails that are formatted with a bold title at the top of the page, your logo and a summary of all of their event details appended below the content of your email.

Option 2: Content and title – with branding

This option will send emails that are formatted with a bold title at the top of the page, and include your logo/branding. With this option, however, the summary of all of their event details will NOT be appended below the content of your email.

Option 3: Content only (No branding)

This option will simply send plain text emails. Whatever you enter in the “Content” section is what will appear in your email.
