New, Faster Server! 🙌
Over the last few months, we’ve been working hard to make significant improvements to Party Pro Manager’s core infrastructure. We’re very excited to share that as of last week, we officially migrated the system over to an all new server which will ensure the platform’s optimal performance, security, and reliability -all to better serve you, your team, and your clients.
Updated ‘Quick Event Preview’
We’ve made some simple, yet exciting, updates to the Quick Event Preview that shows when you hover over an event in the calendar or the eyeball icons throughout the system.
We’ve added more helpful data, like client email address to this preview.
We’ve also made a change that will keep the Quick Event Preview on screen long enough for you to be able to highlight data in the preview to copy/paste it as needed!
Small-but-mighty updates
⭐ Staff Data Privacy: New settings that enable you to automatically hide certain staff data from other staff assigned to the same gig. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Staff Scheduling’ (look for “Other Staff Attending Event” section)
⭐ Improved error reporting for failed SMS messages
⭐ New Quick Staff Previews: You’ll see new ‘eyeball’ icons on the Team and Week Planner pages that provide Quick Staff Previews with info about that staff.
⭐ Updated YAY-List integration: To account for recent updates made to both PPM and YAY-List.
⭐ Bug fixes relating to: Custom Questions, ‘To be rescheduled’ feature, Notes on calendar, and more!
