With this new feature, you can spin up unique catalogs & packages for your different client types, and have dedicated Booking Request Forms for each!
Imagine having dedicated catalogs and booking flows for…
✨ Multiple target markets (e.g. private vs. schools vs. corporate)
✨ Multiple departments (e.g. character visits vs pamper parties)
✨ Multiple seasons (e.g. winter vs summer)
✨ Multiple venues (e.g. we-come-to-you vs at venue)
✨ Multiple offers (e.g. holiday offers, VIP clients, etc)
Plus, now you can set up inactive catalogs and preview them before setting them live!
Here’s how this works for the different PPM plans:
  • LITE = 1 active catalog
  • PLUS = 2 active catalogs
  • UNICORN 🦄 = Unlimited active catalogs!!

Multi-Brand Accounts – Now Available! ✨⭐🌟

With this update you can add multiple brands to a single Party Pro Manager account.
For each brand you can have:
✨ Unique logo
✨ Unique contact info
✨ Unique colors scheme
✨ Unique catalog / booking form
Plus, you’ll be able to see both a combined and per-brand calendar of events.
*This feature is available exclusively on the UNICORN 🦄 Plans.

Smart Links 🔗↔️

Smart Links enable you to create flexible redirection links for your Booking Request Forms, so that you can keep changing which Catalog you want to use on your website’s booking request forms, without ever having to update your website again!

Here’s how they work:
  • Create a new Catalog
  • The system will automatically create a “Direct Link” to this Catalog’s booking request form and enquiry form
  • BUT… you can also create a Smart Link and choose which of your Catalogs this link should point to.
  • You can even keep changing which catalog it points to, so that once you set your website up to use your Smart Link, you never need to update your website again!
Access this new feature by going to ‘Catalogue’ > ‘Links’
