Brand & Catalog Filters 🔍

Working with multiple brands or catalogs? Now everything in PPM can be filtered with far more precision.

You can now filter:

  • Your Dashboard
  • Calendar views
  • Event lists

…by Brand or by Catalog (based on which package the event includes).

Super handy, especially for Unicorn users — and anyone running multiple divisions of their business.

Hide Custom Questions per Booking Pathway 🛠

Need different booking flows for different types of services or departments? Now you can refine exactly which Custom Form Questions appear for each Booking Pathway.

You can now:

  • Hide or show custom questions per Booking Pathway
  • Automatically apply this to all packages within that pathway

Cleaner forms. More relevant questions. A smoother experience for your clients.

To do this, open the Booking Pathway editor, then head over to the ‘Configuration’ screen.

Private vs Organization? Simpler Than Ever 🕺🏢

Your Inquiry and Booking Request Forms just got smarter.

When clients choose an Occasion type that is for “All customer types”, your client forms will automatically present this clean and simple new option to choose Private vs Organization event.
Customer Type

If they select Organization:

  • The Organization Name field will automatically appear
  • Without needing to also show the full “Organization Type” dropdown, if you prefer not to ask if they are a Community, Charity, or Corporate organization

Cleaner, simpler, faster.

Catalog Customer-Type Settings ⚙️

Each Catalog can now be set to support:

  • All customer types
  • Private only
  • Organizations only

PPM will automatically hide or show:

  • Customer Type question
  • Organization fields
  • Relevant Booking Pathways

This makes it easier than ever to route clients through the correct booking flow.

Open the Catalog Editor for any Catalog to apply this setting (defaults to “All customer types”).

New ‘Advanced Filter’: “To Be Rescheduled” 🔄

Need to keep track of events waiting for a new date?

You can now filter your Event List by To Be Rescheduled, helping you stay organized and on top of follow-ups.
