We’ve noticed that many PPM users don’t realize just how powerful the Gig Report feature is… and with tax season in full swing, this one is especially worth a look.
If you work with staff or subcontractors, Gig Reports let you:
- Run reports for individual staff members or your entire team
- See gig history, dates, and payments in one place
- Export clean reports to support year-end summaries and tax prep
With many tax deadlines landing Jan 31st (and we’re right up against it 😅), this can help eliminate a ton of last-minute scrambling.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve also been rolling out a batch of bug fixes and reliability improvements across PPM.

Guest of honor “birthday” example no longer showing on Confirmation Forms when accounts were set to all ages

Booking Request Form summary panel stays sticky at top of page when scrolling instead of scrolling with page

Prevented empty standard text from being selected for “Send gig invitation” email/SMS templates

Fixed Step 2 of Booking Request Form not loading correctly for pre-filled forms when no pathway was selected

Clicking to view events for a contact from the Contacts page was not working unless Events had loaded first, this is now fixed

Venue address no longer requested on Confirmation Forms when the pathway was configured not to ask for it

Package label overrides now properly applyed in event info PDFs/emails

Advanced filters now showing for Admin Assistant (secondary) logins

Confirmation Deadline setting under Payments was not syncing with the Pricing section, but this is now fixed
