PPM Pricing Update
We’re making some changes to Party Pro Manager pricing.
New customers will see the updated Party Pro Manager pricing immediately, while existing customers will move to the new pricing from October 2026.
Our updated monthly prices are:
Solo plans

Note: any optional Power-Ups currently active on your account will continue at their existing prices and are not changing as part of this update.
The updated prices are already reflected on our website for new customers.
For existing PPM customers, the new pricing will take effect from your first billing date on or after October 1, 2026.
Why is PPM pricing changing?
From the beginning, our aim with Party Pro Manager has been to make the day-to-day running of a party business easier, more organized and less time-consuming.
With the ongoing support and input of our users, we’ve been able to streamline more of the work involved in managing bookings, clients and staff than ever before.
As we continue investing in PPM in the months and years ahead, we’ll keep working to save our users time, reduce admin headaches and help them grow.
This pricing update helps support that continued investment, allowing us to keep developing and improving PPM while maintaining the support, security and reliable infrastructure our users depend on every day.
What do existing customers need to do?
Nothing.
If you’re already subscribed to PPM, your account and plan will continue as normal. Your updated monthly price will simply take effect from your first billing date on or after October 1, 2026.
If you’re currently trialling PPM, you can continue your trial as normal.
