How Does This Help You?

As there’s so much ground to cover with Party Pro Manager, we’ve found that hands-on experience within the system is needed to be sure you are getting the most from the system and asking all the right questions.

Early questions are a very normal part of the process.  And, for most early questions, we have help resources we’re happy to direct you to via Chat and Email Support, so that you get quick and comprehensive answers to your most pressing questions.

Video Support and Live Calls are most beneficial for our users, at the stage where you’ve already been exploring and started to gain some familiarity with the system, and have hit an advanced roadblock that simple chat/email support cannot help you overcome.

In this way, our focus can be about overcoming any specific challenges you may be facing, and fine-tuning your setup. As opposed to providing a demo or general tour.

For example, we’ve found that voice chats before a trial has started usually become ‘sales calls’, which neither of us wants, as it completely shifts the dynamic of the call, making it far less helpful to you.

How Chat and Email Support Works…

After you’ve explored our Answers Hub and our Getting Started Video Tutorial Series, we encourage you to reach out to our team using the in-app chat/email support feature.

  • No need to coordinate schedules, this is the fastest way to get answers to your questions
  • This chat and email widget is monitored by several members of our support team
  • If you feel stuck or unsure, ask us your questions
  • We promise to provide thorough guidance
  • When applicable, we’ll direct you to corresponding help docs and videos

How Video Support Works…

For more advanced support needs that cannot be address via Chat and/or Email, Video Support may be provided.

  • You’ll get personalized recorded short support videos to provide answers to your questions
  • No need to coordinate schedules, watch as-and-when you’re available
  • In some cases, you’ll be invited to share pre-recorded videos with our team as well

How Call-With-Agent Support Works…

In the case where both Chat/Email Support and Video Support cannot address your needs, a Live Call with a Support Agent may be provided.

  • We’ll schedule a call based on both parties’ availability
  • Calls may vary in duration based on needs
  • These will typically be hosted with a video call system, so that screen sharing can be arranged if needed
