🚀 What’s New with Autopilot?

You can now build smarter, more powerful automations to save time, follow up with clients/staff automatically, and make your whole process smoother. 

Here’s a quick peek:

✅ More trigger options (like Deposit Paid Date, Confirmation Deadline, and more)
✅ More action types – including SMS/text or Email to clients, staff, and yourself
✅ Choose whether automations should activate automatically, prompt you, or be manual
✅ Cleaner interface and better flexibility for who the automation applies to

⚡ Example: Want to send a reminder 5 days before every event?

Now you can easily set it up like this:

  • 🤖 Send a reminder email to the client
  • 🤖 Send an SMS/text to all scheduled staff with the key details
  • 🤖 Send yourself a heads-up email so you can double check everything’s ready

You can configure your Autopilot Automations in their new home at:
 Settings > Autopilot Automations

 NOTE: Payment-based automations (like email to send when payment is received) has also moved to a new home.  Find these at: Settings > Pricing & Payments
